The educational program was presented by Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc, Inc, Inc, Inc.’s Director of Clinical Practice: Palliative and Hospice Care Ashley Kaminski, DNP,APRN, AGACNP-BC. This class represents one of numerous educational offerings on serious illness conversations being scheduled across all locations and teams this month.
