Family Support Group for Caregivers of Loved Ones with Memory Loss

Are you caring for a family member with memory loss? You are not alone. Our monthly Family Support Group offers a safe, supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and gain helpful tools and resources.

Topics explored include:

  • Practical strategies for caregiving
  • Managing caregiver stress and the importance of self-care
  • Positive activities for those living with memory loss
  • Accessing community resources

When: 3rd Friday of each month
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
