Andrew brings over 35 years of legal expertise, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to community service. His healthcare practice encompasses contracts, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state regulatory issues, and corporate and non-profit governance. “Andrew’s perspective and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to advance our mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the individuals and families we serve” shared Tice. “Andrew will also be participating on the Board’s Human Resources committee and will be integral in shaping many of our strategic initiatives”.
