The SCC of North Central MA, led by Michele Morin hosted a presentation by Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. on the Use of AI in Home Health and Hospice and to share transition updates regarding the assumption of care and transition of staff due to Overlook VNA’s closure of their VNA and Hospice programs. Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. has successfully expanded its geographic footprint, assumed the care of OVNA patients on service, and hired a significant number of multidisciplinary clinicians. Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. is now providing care in 123 towns/communities across 5 counties in Massachusetts.
The well attended event at Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossings gathered Senior Service Providers and Elder Care Professionals in the UMASS Leominster/Clinton, Heywood & Athol Hospital, and surrounding areas.
