April 29, 2025, Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. Bids a Fond Farewell to Two Cherished Board Members

Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. celebrated the retirement of two esteemed members of the Board of Directors at its Leadership meeting on April 29, 2025, in the Webster office location. Anne Peepas and Constance Favreau were recognized for over 30 years of Board of Directors membership, and for their countless contributions to the organization. Presiding over the event was President & CEO Holly Chaffee, MSN, BSN, RN who graciously shared with all in attendance her gratitude for the guidance and support of Anne and Connie over the years, stating:

“Their contributions span a generation. They’ve guided this agency through changes in healthcare policy, economic ups and downs, a global pandemic, and a shifting care landscape — always with grace, integrity, and an unrelenting focus on patient dignity and quality of care.

But beyond the meetings, strategic plans, and decisions, Connie and Anne brought something even more valuable: heart. They championed not just the organization, but the people — the nurses in the field, the patients in their homes, the families needing comfort, and the staff who make our mission real every day.

Their legacy is woven into every aspect of this agency — in our culture of compassion, in the standards we uphold, and in the lives touched by our work.

To Connie and Anne: thank you. For your wisdom. For your steady hands during uncertain times. For your belief in the power of care delivered with kindness and respect.”
