The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing held its annual educational conference in Lexington, KY. The event, hosting over 800 clinical and operational leaders in the post-acute, long-term care setting focused it’s programming on the impact of post-acute performance on the healthcare industry. Representing the home health industry and Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. at the conference was Holly Chaffee, MSN, BSN, RN, President & CEO. Holly serves on the AAPACN Board of Directors.
