Adult Day Health

Adult day health care is a cost-effective means to help elderly and disabled adults maintain their independence in their homes, as well as in the community. Our medical model day center is designed for the comfort and care for your loved one in a safe, uplifting, and home-like environment.

Program Services: Nursing care, Social Services, Transportation, Recreational activities, Socialization, Special events and celebrations, Breakfast, Snacks, Hot nutritious noon meal, Personal care.

Referrals

Any individual can make a referral. When a referral is made, nurses and social workers are available to answer your questions. We would be happy to arrange a tour of the Center.

Payment Methods

Participation may be covered by Mass Health or Medicaid products, Veterans Administration, Limited Commercial Insurances, Private Pay, and\or Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs).
