Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. is pleased to announce their deficiency free survey of the home care program, executed this week by the Department of Public Health. Four surveyors visited the headquarters office in Gardner, MA and performed several ride-a-log visits with our outstanding clinicians to homes of individuals under our excellent care. The exit meeting was filled with compliments and recognition of fully compliant status with all State regulations. This survey is performed every three years and a deficiency free survey is an extraordinary accomplishment, reflective of the tireless commitment to compliance and the highest quality of care at every level of the organization.
