On June 11, 2024 Care Central VNA & Hospice Gardner Adult Day Health Program hosted its Open House. This gave the community the opportunity to see the program’s facility and meet its care team.
Many thanks to Peter MacDonald, M.Ed., CDP, the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living in Leominster, who provided a very informative and interesting presentation on the topic of Alzheimer’s and Dementia in the Community.
