On Tuesday , 7/25/23, MHA held it’s annual Workforce Summit in Burlington, MA. The event gathered leaders across all healthcare settings to review current workforce challenges and share innovative successes. Opening remarks were presented by Steve Walsh, President & CEO of MHA and Michael J. Dandorph, President & CEO of Tufts Medicine (pictured). The audience was then addressed by Lauren Jones, Secretary, Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development prior to engaging in panel presentations, networking breakouts and closing remarks. Kristin Mattson, Chief Development & Clinical Care Transitions Officer, Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. participated in the event as a panelist on Workforce Experience and Reimagining Care Teams. She shared evolving models and emerging technologies that Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. is piloting. Kristin is pictured with fellow panelist Karen T.
